
Sun Tea

Ingredients
6 tea bags, black or green
4l water
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 whole lemon
2 springs of mint
Instructions
Place tea bags in clear container (I have a 4l jug/jar), fill with water. Cover.
Place outside in the sun until the water turns a nice caramel dark brown colour. Don’t forget to take the tea bags out first! Bring inside and pour the sugar and lemon juice into the container and stir.
Slice the lemons and place them and the mint into the container.
Pour into drink containers that have a pour spout and place in the fridge to cool. Serve!
